Important Notice: One Motivation Has Closed

Dear Customer,

It is with great sadness and regret that we share some difficult news: One Motivation Gym & Fitness is no longer able to trade and has closed with immediate effect.

The company has outstanding debt that is being recovered by the Viscount’s Department. We had proposed a payment plan to clear the debt, with payments due to begin next week. Unfortunately, the Department did not accept this arrangement and instead required a payment of £15,000 by the end of the day, which we were unable to meet.

We wrote to the Department explaining our situation, setting out our payment plan and asking for more time, with you and our staff very much in mind. Sadly, they decided to proceed with enforcement, and this morning the locks to the premises were changed. Without access to the building or the equipment, we are unable to continue.

We want you to know that we did everything we could to keep the gym open, and we are truly sorry for the disappointment and disruption this causes.

What this means for you:

• The gym is closed, and you will not be able to access the premises from today.
• If you have personal belongings at the gym, please contact the Viscount’s Department to arrange their collection.

Thank you for every session, every early morning and every bit of support you have given us. It has been a real privilege to be part of your fitness journey and to train alongside you, and we will miss you all.

We will be in touch again as soon as we have more information about what happens next.

With heartfelt thanks and sincere regret,
One Motivation
